Based on the origin story of the make-a-wish foundation

Based on the true story of the genesis of the Make-A Wish Foundation, an Arizona motorcycle cop with a troubled past survives a near-fatal accident during a high-speed pursuit. As rehabilitation, his police chief asks him to spend time with a terminally ill little boy, Michael, whose dying wish is to be a Highway Patrol motorcycle officer. An unlikely friendship is born, as the boy inspires this broken cop to follow a new path.

Very moving, inspirational movie. God forgives...The true spirit is shown alive and bright in this remarkable story of a true event. One we are still seeing so many years later. Never let darkness win - there is always a bright star shining ahead.

A heartwarming tale that has much to tell us about life - and how best to live it. The film was full of positive vibes showing us to always believe in the goodness of our fellow man. It was a story of hope and an excellent means of presenting the value of what Make-a-Wish is all about. Recommend it highly.

Pat Beisler

I really enjoyed this movie. Seeing how a mistreated lonely resentful young man grew up to be such a loving caring human being warmed my heart. It had my attention from beginning to end. It is a movie everyone should watch. It shows us love, kindness and sharing in a wonderful way.
